Users may be allowed to list items, claim items, and participate in pickup or drop off scheduling.
By using these features, you agree that:

Pickup times, booth scheduling, and related logistics may change based on operational needs
Claimed items may be delayed, rescheduled, canceled, or otherwise adjusted when necessary
Items not picked up within the allowed time window may be canceled according to platform policy
The Community Closet may take reasonable operational action to keep the system organized and fair
The Community Closet does not guarantee that every listed item will remain available until completed pickup
5. Rewards
The platform may include rewards, buttons, points, or redemption features.
Rewards may be limited in quantity, subject to availability, changed, paused, removed, or canceled at any time.
Buttons, points, and rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
Reward redemptions may be subject to verification, scheduling, pickup requirements, and administrative review.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive service related text messages from The Community Closet.
These may include:

Claim and scheduling messages
Drop off and pickup notices
Delay or cancellation updates

Consent to receive text messages is not a transfer of ownership, account rights, or service guarantees.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, abuse, or mislead others
Upload false, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to break, interfere with, or bypass platform systems or security
Use the platform to exploit, spam, or deceive users
Violate school policies, local policies, or platform rules

No part of the app, website, or associated materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, displayed, or exploited without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Platform Availability

This includes, without limitation, issues relating to listings, missed pickups, scheduling changes, delayed communications, reward availability, user conduct, or technical failures.
12. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time if we believe a user violated these Terms, created risk, disrupted operations, or harmed the platform or others.
Users may also stop using the platform at any time.
